Karen Moreno is a Melbourne-based singer songwriter originally from Venezuela, known for her powerful vocals and unique blend of latin roots with 2000s pop influences. Immersed in music from an early age, she began performing long before arriving in Australia, where she has been an active part of the Melbourne music scene since 2014. Her emotive performances and captivating stage presence have led her to perform at renowned venues and events, including the iconic Rod Laver Arena and St Kilda Fest. With a voice that bridges cultures and a sound that feels both nostalgic and fresh, Karen continues to carve her path as a bold and soulful artist.

Beyond the stage, she leads BRELLA Latin Women in Music Australia, a community redefining what it means to be a woman in music bold, connected, and unstoppable.
Brella aims to empower latin and hispanic women in music to grow their careers, connect with peers and offer professional opportunities.
Originally from Venezuela, Karen moved to Australia in 2013 and has since become an integral part of the Venezuelan community in Melbourne. She is dedicated to preserving her heritage by creating and participating in events that celebrate Venezuelan culture. One notable project is her Tribute to Simón Díaz, which enjoyed an impressive turnout.
She had the privilege of performing at the Rod Laver Arena in 2023. The event was attended by 10,000 people and represented the Venezuelan Federation of Basketball at the "Boomers vs The World" in preparation for the FIBA World Cup.
In addition to embracing her Venezuelan heritage, Karen has also endeavoured to blend into Australian culture by singing in English and performing at various local venues such as The Langham Hotel, The Tote, Ms Collins, The Workers Club, Boney, Laika, and many more . This fusion of influences has enriched her artistry and allowed her to connect with a broader audience.
